This function activates the circular resistance and the fan which, combined together, ensure more uniform and rapid cooking of food. It also allows you to cook different foods at the same time on multiple levels, without odours and flavours mixing with each other.

• Ventilated grill

This function uses the grill and rear fan at the same time. Ideal for evenly browning firm cuts of meat or poultry.
