The La Sommelière DVV4SSE wine dispenser is a beautiful yet easy way to serve precise amounts of wine, one glass at a time. The dispenser can be locked and has a UV-protected glass front panel, behind which opened wine bottles remain safe. After opening, the wine in the bottle can be stored for up to three weeks in the dispenser.

Adjust the temperature and amount of dispensed wine

With the control panel, which is equipped with touch controls, you can control the dispenser’s white LED lighting as well as the temperature of the stored wine. The dispenser keeps the wine at the desired serving temperature, which you can choose between 5–20 °C. You can see the temperature on the digital temperature display. With the LCD display, you can also conveniently adjust the amount of dispensed wine.

Nitrogen gas protects opened wine bottles from oxygenation

The wine dispenser can hold four wine bottles at a time. The bottles are connected to airtight stoppers, the height of which can be adjusted to suit the height of the bottles. When wine is served, the air in the bottles is replaced with nitrogen gas, which protects the wine from oxygenation. Therefore, the wind dispenser requires a CA095 gas cartridge, which is sold separately. With one cartridge you can serve dozens of bottles of wine.
