Freestanding Wine Cabinet

The VIP330V is a freestanding wine cabinet which is suitable for home for use in a bar/restaurant.  With being a freestanding unit, you should allow 5-10 inches of ventilation space around the sides of the wine cabinet to ensure the proper ventilation is met.  The VIP330V is suitable for both long term storage and serving temperature as it has three temperature zones which can be controlled using the digital control panel located on the outside of the cabinet.

Wine Storage Compartment

With a huge capacity of 329 Bordeaux bottles, this model is one of the largest wine cabinets we sell.  The bottles are supported on solid beech wood shelves which are fixed in place with 4 supports, the shelves can be moved around the cabinet to accommodate your collection.  White LED lighting strips light the inside of the cabinet to ensure the bottles are easily visible.  There is also a carbon filter to control odours, anti vibration system to minimize unnecessary movement and the double glazed door is fully UV treated to ensure no UV light enters the cabinet.

Multi Zone Wine Cabinet:

The La Sommeliere VIP330V is a multi temperature zone wine cabinet which has three temperature zones which can be controlled as below:

– Upper 17-19°C

– Middle 13-15°C

– Lower 7-9°C

Multi zone cabinets feature polyvalent technology which effectively means the cool air is introduced at the bottom of the wine cabinet which naturally warms and rises up.  This creates 3 naturally independent temperature zones which means you can store white wine at serving temperature in the lowest zone, store wines in the middle zone and then reds at serving temperature in the upper  zone.
