The BigQube from BLACKBULL is a fire bowl and plancha grill in one. In size L it offers even more grilling surface. The perfect choice for larger barbecue parties. The modern design in a silver look and the diverse grilling options are the perfect combination for successful barbecue evenings. Meat, fish, fried eggs or vegetables – there are no limits to your grilling imagination.
A two-part ash tray inside the bowl reduces the distance between the fire and the grill plate and provides the optimal air supply for the fire. You can start grilling after about 20 minutes. As soon as the plate heats up, it slopes inwards so that excess oil/grease does not drip out over the edge. The square shape of the grill plate creates different temperature ranges, which allow frying at high heat on the inner edge but also keeping warm at low heat in the corner areas. Since the fire does not reach the food directly, but is separated by the plate, no substances harmful to health are produced. Cleaning the grill plate is super quick – simply push all excess grill residue into the fire with the spatula and then oil the clean grill plate with oil and a kitchen towel. The remaining ash can easily be swept into the ash drawer using the two-part ash tray.
