We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Online Store Terms
We deliver to Malta. You must be of at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to make purchases from this website. Order Cancellations
Our cancellation policy applies if a cardholder makes a purchase payable by credit card or debit card and requests order cancellation within one hour from placing the order. If the request is sent more than one hour later, cancellation will not be possible. In the event that cancellation is possible we will refund you by means of store credit applicable through the use of a coupon code generated specifically for you. We only accept cancellation requests via email, if applicable the coupon code will be sent to by return reply.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unwanted products within one (1) month from purchase but reserve the right to refuse or charge a re-stocking fee should the full packaging be missing, damaged, non resealable or if the returned item/items show signs of use or if no valid reason is given for returning the item. If you return a product, make sure to email us to inform us with both the reason why your purchase is being returned and your order number. We will be unable to process your return without this information. Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis and it is up to our sole discretion to determine if your case is subject to refund by means of store credit (coupon) or replacement.
